For more than three decades, Brett has served at the intersection of business, leadership, and ministry, helping executives navigate the unique challenges that come with leading organizations and stewarding influence.
His passion isn't simply helping leaders build better businesses. It's helping them become healthier leaders. Through trusted relationships, wise counsel, and meaningful accountability, Brett creates spaces where executives can think clearly, lead faithfully, and pursue God's best for their lives, families, and organizations.
Whether facilitating a Retreat, meeting one-on-one with a member, or walking alongside an executive team, Brett's heart is to help leaders live and lead redemptively.
Beyond the Boardroom
When he's not investing in Christian executives, Brett enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 33 years and their two adult daughters. He worships at The Church of Eleven22 and remains passionate about helping leaders finish well—not only in business, but in their faith, families, and lives.
