No. ForgedCEO is structured as a 501(c)(6) nonprofit membership network. Chairs operate independent practices and pay membership dues for access to the network’s brand, tools, Retreat content, coaching, technology, resources, and Chair community.We intentionally chose a nonprofit network model to keep overhead and organizational costs lower, allowing Chairs greater flexibility in how they build their practices, serve their communities, and pursue the work God has called them to do. This structure also helps Chairs keep member fees reasonable while building a sustainable practice that can provide a meaningful living.Unlike a franchise model, Chairs retain ownership of their member relationships and independently operate their local practices, while benefiting from the strength, resources, and shared mission of the broader ForgedCEO network.Independent practices. No. Markets are not exclusive or legally protected. ForgedCEO monitors Chair concentration and market demand to support healthy growth and avoid unnecessary oversaturation.

Yes. Chairs are independent and retain flexibility to pursue additional work, services, and business interests, provided they uphold ForgedCEO’s standards and commitments.
