No. Markets are not exclusive or legally protected. ForgedCEO monitors Chair concentration and market demand to support healthy growth and avoid unnecessary oversaturation.

Yes. Chairs are independent and retain flexibility to pursue additional work, services, and business interests, provided they uphold ForgedCEO’s standards and commitments.

Strong candidates generally have meaningful business ownership, C-suite, senior executive, nonprofit executive, or comparable leadership experience. Character, spiritual maturity, humility, teachability, and a genuine calling to serve leaders are equally important.

Chairs receive launch tools, templates, branding, a website presence, Retreat content, technology access, coaching, peer community, and ongoing network support. Additional marketing and bookkeeping services may also be available.

Chairs receive professionally prepared Retreat content but may curate additional material based on member needs, provided the experience remains aligned with ForgedCEO’s beliefs, quality standards, and member commitments.

The current framework includes a one-time registration fee and monthly network dues. Exact pricing, optional services, and launch costs should be discussed during the discovery process.

Prospective Chairs complete a mutual discernment process that includes an initial conversation, application, assessments, interviews, references, Retreat observation when required, and membership committee review.
