As the co-founder and CEO of FreshJax, Jason has navigated the uncertainty, setbacks, difficult decisions, and breakthrough moments that every entrepreneur eventually faces. His leadership has been shaped through years of building a purpose-driven business while remaining committed to keeping faith, family, and stewardship at the center of every decision.
Today, Jason is passionate about helping fellow business leaders grow beyond simply building successful companies. His heart is to help founders and executives lead with wisdom, integrity, and a Kingdom perspective that transforms both their businesses and the lives of those they influence.
Beyond the Business
Jason and his wife, Hillary, founded FreshJax together after a personal health journey inspired them to pursue healthier living and create something meaningful together. Today, they're raising their family while continuing to grow a business rooted in generosity, stewardship, and service. Jason often says his priorities remain simple: God first, family second, and business third—a philosophy that continues to shape how he leads every day.
